Google Analytics and Google Maps

Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics and only on the public Assist24 website. It never loads on payment pages. Our configuration disables advertising signals and ad personalization.

Google Maps does not load until you accept the map category or select Enable Google Maps. That button accepts the map only. Google may process IP addresses, device information and cookies depending on the service and your Google account; Google controls their names and lifetimes.

Payment and security

Opening checkout loads the PokPay form necessary for the payment function you requested. PokPay, banks and security infrastructure may use mechanisms necessary for the session, fraud prevention and 3-D Secure authentication. These mechanisms are not enabled for analytics purposes through this site’s preferences.

Cloudflare may use security cookies when an anti-abuse check is required. Their presence and lifetime depend on enabled protections; the table below describes storage set by our application.

Withdrawal and deletion

Rejecting analytics prevents it from loading and removes accessible analytics cookies on our domain. Disabling the map removes it from the page. We cannot directly delete cookies stored for external domains; manage those through your browser or the provider’s settings.

Deleting cookies or local storage may reset your choice and prevent this browser from recovering your payment reference. It does not cancel a completed payment. If you have been charged without seeing confirmation, contact Assist24 before paying again.
